• Physical (hardcopy) printed workbooks

• Educational resources for parents, teachers, and schools

All products are intended for educational use only.

3. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a product from Obige Smart Education, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the product under the following terms:

You MAY:

• Use the materials for personal, home-school, or classroom instructional use

• Print copies for students within one classroom

• Use the materials as part of lesson instruction and learning activities

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any product

• Share or distribute digital files to others

• Upload files to websites, cloud storage, or social media platforms

• Modify, adapt, or redistribute the content as your own

Any use beyond these terms requires prior written permission from Obige Smart Education.

4. Digital Products (Downloads)

• All digital products are delivered electronically.

• No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.

• Once a digital product has been assigned or downloaded, all sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads unless the file is defective or inaccessible.

5. Physical Products (Hardcopy Workbooks)

• Physical products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

• Shipping timelines may vary based on location.

Returns & Refunds (Physical Products):

• Returns may be accepted only for damaged or defective items

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original condition

6. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis [GHS]

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

• Payment must be completed before access to digital products or shipment of physical items

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Worksheets and workbooks

• Text, graphics, illustrations, and designs

• Logos and branding

is the intellectual property of Obige Smart Education and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Canva Pro Assets

Some illustrations, icons, and design elements used in our products are sourced from Canva Pro and are used in accordance with Canva’s Content License Agreement.

All third-party assets remain the property of their respective creators.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our products for unlawful purposes

• Circumvent copyright protections

• Misrepresent our materials as your own

• Share purchased files with others

10. Limitation of Liability

Obige Smart Education shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
